Megan McShea is a writer who lives in Baltimore. We are excited to introduce her book, A Mountain City of Toad Splendor. It is a collection of microfiction and poetry. Blake Butler called it “700 kinds of music” and said “McShea seems to have studied at the Harvard for Ooh.”
